*This promotion is available only in connection with the purchase of a new quick move-in home located in Dogwood Villas or Hamlet at Carothers Crossing that meets the following qualifications: The new home purchase agreement for such home is entered into by buyer and accepted by Legacy South. Incentives and offerings are available on select quick move-in homes for new contracts written by May 31, 2023 and closed by June 30, 2023.
