Rain or Shine: A Big Turnout for an Unforgettable January 10th Event
Rain couldn’t slow us down on January 10th—and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Despite the weather, we were thrilled to welcome over 250 attendees to our City Living Collection launch event, with an incredible 75 return appointments set for this week alone. That kind of energy has us more excited than ever as we gear up for a fantastic 2026 year.
The 2026 City Living Collection Debut was all about unveiling our brand-new homes and introducing exciting new communities located within 15 minutes of downtown. Attendees enjoyed exclusive first looks at newly released homesites, along with access to special incentives available only during the event. The day was filled with everything that makes our communities special—guests enjoyed live music, coffee and cocktails, custom bandanas, and time in our informational learning tents, along with guided community and home tours. One of the biggest highlights (and crowd favorites) was, of course, the adorable puppies from Wags & Walks Nashville, who brought so many smiles and made the rainy day feel extra warm.
Beyond the festivities, what made the day truly rewarding was the opportunity to help so many people take the next step in their home-buying journey—especially first-time homebuyers. We intentionally broke down the entire home-buying process with on-site experts available at every stage, from taking the first steps with a lender to walking through what happens after move-in with our warranty team. No question was left unanswered. By providing clear guidance and real-time support, we were able to build confidence and knowledge around how home buying works—especially when it comes to new construction. By the end of the event, more than 250 attendees left feeling informed, empowered, and genuinely excited about their path to homeownership in our City Living communities.
