Do you build custom homes?

If you own a lot in Davidson County, we have an in-house team of architects, interior designers, project managers, and estimators who will work with you to build your dream home. Please submit your information on our contact page and someone from our team will be in touch shortly.

How do I know what homes are coming to market and when they are available for purchase?

Visit our “Homes” page for the most up-to-date record of our available and coming soon homes. We do not list pricing until our homes hit the MLS, but if you sign up for our newsletter, you will be the first to know when Legacy South homes hit the market.

Do you build outside of Nashville?

In addition to our homes built throughout Nashville, we have several Legacy South Communities coming soon to Donelson, Goodlettsville, Tims Ford Lake, and other areas. At this time, we do not build custom homes outside of Davidson County.

How long does it take for you to build a home?

You can’t always predict everything that will happen during a home build, but outside of permitting with the city and inclement weather, we usually complete building a home within 8-10 months after we have broken ground.

Do you have a warranty?

We stand by our work and offer a 1-year warranty on certain elements related to the build of your home. Our Customer Support Team will be by your side to help resolve any issues that come with a new home. To understand our coverage, please download a copy of our warranty.

Do you have a preferred lender?

Over the years, our homeowners have dealt with many lenders, and we have had the most success with Legacy Home Loans (no relation). If you have any questions, please reach out to Brandon Carter.

How many homes do you build per year?

In 2020, we were the 2nd largest private home builder in Nashville with 100+ homes. We will continue to increase that number while always keeping quality, craftsmanship, and customer service our highest priorities.
