Why does a homebuilder throw parties?

Fair question. We build houses — but a house is only as good as the block it sits on. We're creators, designers, and entrepreneurs, and we just really like people. All kinds of people. Everyone deserves to own a home, and to have a real community around it.

Nashville's next generation is figuring that out in a city where renting can feel like the only option. So we're chasing the thing that's gotten hard to find: the 90s block party, the neighbors your parents actually knew, the front porch you end up on without planning to.

Our door is open. You don't have to be buying a home, or thinking about it, or anything at all — come as you are, bring whoever you want. We love new faces and new friends, and we hope to be neighbors one day.

Originally from the West Coast, Jess followed her southern roots into Nashville, where she built a career across fashion, TV, and media. She loves the versatility of content creation and the different ways you can express yourself.

Even though you'll see her dressed up out in the city, her favorite thing is being bare-faced and finding stillness in a forest. She loves East Nashville, Wedgewood Houston, and any artistic or musical scene the city has to offer.
