You can’t always predict everything that will happen during a home build, but outside of permitting with the city and inclement weather, we usually complete building a home within 6-8 months after we have broken ground.
We stand by our work and offer a 1-year warranty on certain elements related to the build of your home. Our Customer Support Team will be by your side to help resolve any issues that come with a new home. To understand our coverage, please download a copy of our warranty.
