Terms and Conditions: Gift of Home Program
Overview
The Gift of Home Program applies to select homes and some conditions apply. Legacy South and Banner Built Homes (together with their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, the “Builder”) have the right to change or discontinue the Gift of Home Program at any time without notice.
Timeline
To be eligible for the Gift of Home Program, the new home contract must occur within twelve months of the current homeowner’s closing date.
Eligibility
This buyer incentive is available to all buyers that are directed to the Builder by someone who is a current homeowner who has given the new buyer their physical brass key which must be presented to the Builder at the time of signing their contract with the Builder.
Combination with Other Incentives
At the Builder’s discretion, this incentive is eligible to be combined with the First Time Buyer Incentive for a total maximum buyer incentive of $7,500.
Single Time Offer
Each current homeowner is eligible to refer only one buyer to the Builder under the Gift of Home Program.
No Benefit to Existing Owner
For any transaction where a current homeowner directs a new buyer to the Builder, the current homeowner shall not be entitled to or receive anything of value from the Builder, which includes but is not limited to, gifts, discounts, or any other form of compensation.

This offer may not be used for self-referrals. This promotion is not valid on existing contracts.
