We stumbled upon a Legacy South community when we were going through the ups and downs of purchasing a home. Once we walked in the model, we loved the layout and quality of the home over everything else we have seen in the Nashville area. Within the first year, their team has been responsive when/if issues arose, and we were able to get everything necessary covered under our first year warranty addressed and fixed.
