You will walk through the first homes coming out of the ground, with the homesite map in hand. It is not published anywhere yet, and Saturday is the only time this year you can see the community this way.

We will show you where the entrance goes, where the pool and gym land, and which homes catch the best light. Find one you love and you can hold it that morning, ahead of the public release.

Our team is there all morning, along with a homeowner who will tell you what buying was really like. Ask anything you want, and then join us at Roy’s afterward.
Then we all head to Roy’s Tavern.
From about noon, drinks are on us. Stay five minutes or stay all afternoon, whichever suits you.

Before you come
Ask us anything.
Do I have to be ready to buy?
Not at all. Some people come because they are curious about the area, others want to see how a neighborhood gets built, and nobody is going to follow you around.
What should I wear?
Wear shoes you do not mind ruining, since there are no roads out there yet. We keep boots at check in too, which is why the RSVP form asks your size.
Where do I park?
Park at Studio 615, 272 Broadmoor Dr. We head to the site together around 10:50, so you only have to park once.
Can I bring someone?
Yes, bring whoever you want. Just note them on the RSVP so we have enough food and boots for everyone.
Why is it capped at forty households?
Mostly so the site walk works. Two small groups on foot means you can hear the answers and ask your own questions.
Can I hold a homesite that day?
Yes. A new home counselor is on site and can show you what a hold looks like, and it is a conversation rather than a commitment.
Is Walton Station open to walk any other time?
Not yet, since it is closed to the public while it is under construction. That is the reason this morning exists.
What happens if it rains?
We still go. Check in is indoors, and the tour happens either way, so dress for the weather.
Why come now
You will have seen it first.
Right now Walton Station is framing, fresh grading, and a lot of imagination. By spring it will be finished houses and landscaping, and the people walking it Saturday will be the ones who remember how it started.
Being early counts for something here. Find a homesite you love and you can hold it Saturday, ahead of the public release, though plenty of people are coming simply to look around and ask good questions.
Who you will be standing with
We throw a lot of parties for a homebuilder.
Block parties, pool days, clothing swaps. The people you meet Saturday are the same ones who show up to all of it.
