The evening is designed to give you a real, unhurried look at the homes — with the builder team present to answer questions, no pressure to decide anything on the night.

Highland Gardens is a 40-home gated community built around a shared courtyard — a concept rarely executed in Nashville at this price point. Every home is detached, every lot is private, and the streetscape is designed to age well.
Legacy South broke ground in 2023. Thirty-five families are already in. The final six lots are available exclusively at the June 27 preview event.

Legacy South is a Nashville-based homebuilder that has been building in Middle Tennessee since 2014. We build a small number of homes each year — intentionally — so we can stay involved in every project from land selection through final walkthrough. Highland Gardens is our fifth community and our most considered one yet.
Anyone seriously considering a home purchase in the next 6–18 months. You don't need to be ready to sign anything on the night — many of our buyers came to the first preview just to look, and came back when the timing was right. If you're curious about the product, the community, or the process, this evening is for you.
No. There's no slide deck, no pitch, and no closing tactics. The evening is an open house format — you walk through the home at your own pace, ask questions when you want to, and leave when you're ready. The builder team will be there to talk, but only if you want to.
No. You're welcome to come on your own, and many buyers do. If you're working with a buyer's agent, they're also welcome — let us know when you arrive. We work with buyer's agents and are happy to coordinate directly with them.
