ELIGIBILITY
The Real Estate Agent with the most points earned will be announced January 2026 as the 2025 VIP Agent winner, and be rewarded with an all inclusive trip of their choice!

If a contract is canceled by the customer, the points for that sale will also be canceled. Points are not redeemable for cash. Rules and Regulations are subject to change without notice and Legacy South reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time without any obligation.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a Tennessee Real Estate license to qualify. Agents are not required to be a member of the National Association of Realtors to participate.
Points will be awarded in the fiscal year in which the social share post, event, showing, contract and/or closing has taken place. Points cannot be rolled over into the next fiscal year.
To qualify for “Home Showing/Client Meeting points, agent must be onsite and present with his/her client. Points are awarded per appointment completed, not per individual unit shown.
