Do I have to use your preferred lender?
No. You're welcome to use any lender you choose. We do have preferred lending partners who are familiar with our homes and communities and can often offer competitive rates, but the choice is entirely yours.
What if I'm still months away from wanting to move?
That's perfectly fine. Many of our homes can be built to order, which means you can lock in your homesite and pricing now while construction is completed on your timeline. We also have quick move-in homes available for those ready sooner. The event is a great opportunity to learn about both options.
Is the $5,000 Flex Cash only available at the event?
Yes. The $5,000 Flex Cash discount is exclusively available to attendees of the April 11th event. It can be applied toward closing costs, upgrades, or rate buy-down on any Legacy South home.
