Legacy South’s partnership with A.W.A.K.E. Nashville (weareawakenashville.org) was established in 2022 in efforts to supplement affordable senior housing in the Nashville area. A.W.A.K.E. Nashville (Advocating for Wellness, Accessibility, and Knowledge of injustice facing the Elderly) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for senior members of the community.

The 2026 City Living Collection Debut was a huge success, welcoming over 250 attendees and achieving 80% of available appointments booked for the coming week, despite the rainy weather. Guests enjoyed live music, coffee, cocktails, guided tours, and adorable puppies from Wags & Walks Nashville, while gaining exclusive first looks at new homesites and incentives.
