More than 300 people came to see the Fall Collection
On Saturday, September 12, the Model Home Gallery opened at 10 a.m. with every home in the collection revealed at once. Here is what the morning looked like.
We opened the doors at 10 and people were already waiting. Over the next three hours, more than 300 people came through the Model Home Gallery. Some had been following the collection all summer. Some saw the sign on Saturday morning and pulled in.
The Fall Collection was always meant to be seen in one place. The homes releasing that day sit across six Nashville locations, which is a lot of driving if you want to compare them. The Gallery solves that. Ten plus plans, six communities.

What the morning actually looked like..
Coffee early, beer later. A line at both trucks most of the day. Our new home specialists ran tours so nobody had to wait long to walk a model, and our preferred lender set up on site for anyone who wanted to learn about home ownership and mortgages.

The Fall Collection was one Saturday. Front Door is not. It is our access program, and it runs year round.
Two things qualify you. A household income under $95,000, and first-time buyer status, which also covers anyone who has not held an ownership interest in a primary residence in the last 36 months. Meet both and a $1,000 deposit gets you in the door. Legacy South pays 100% of your closing costs.
