Taking place in Wilson County about 35 minutes from East Nashville, the State Fair will take place from August 17th through 26th this year (2023) and features all the things we love about state fairs, such as farming and horticultural competitions and exhibits, pageants, food competitions, live music, 20 little-kid friendly rides, 19 rides suitable only for those over 3’5 tall, and 19 rides that aren’t for the faint of heart!
