The Fall Collection: What Opens September 12
Every fall, we release the next collection. New plans, new communities, new design features. It's the one morning of the year when everything we've built comes out at once, and this year we're marking it with a party at the Model Home Gallery.
One address, five floorplans
Everything opens at the Model Home Gallery on Convisor Drive. You'll walk five floorplans in one morning instead of driving between neighborhoods for a month, and our Design Studio is open alongside them so you can see the finishes and upgrades in person rather than on a screen. There's signage throughout for the plans and communities you can't physically walk that day.
Attend and you receive $10,000 in flex cash toward any home launching that day. It goes wherever it helps you most: a rate buydown, closing costs, or the upgrades you actually want. There's no purchase required to claim it, and no obligation attached to walking through the door.
What's releasing
New floorplans across our communities, including the Eason at Walton Station, a one bedroom, one and a half bath home in our newest East Nashville neighborhood, currently in development. Walton Station is gated, with a pool, a gym, a dog park, and courtyards, and it's built around one and two bedroom plans for people who want to stay close to town.
New finishes and design options are released too, available to specify that day in the Design Studio. Homes start at $259,900, and some are far enough along to close before 2027.
If you're buying your first home…
The Front Door Program is a separate Legacy South program worth ten minutes of your time. Qualifying buyers get in for $1,000 down, with down payment assistance and closing costs covered on homes under $379,000. Our lender will be on site to walk your actual numbers with you.
A lot of people assume a first home is years away. Frequently it isn't.
The morning itself
Coffee and mimosas from ten. Beer from East Nashville Beer Works after that. Live music throughout, and giveaways all morning. Doors are open from 10 AM to 1 PM, no appointment needed, and you can come whenever it suits you. An hour covers it comfortably.
Bring whoever you want. Kids and dogs included.
