On Saturday, October 3, we opened Walton Station to a small group while the community is still being built. Inviting people to walk a construction site might seem unusual. But we know how hard it is to picture a neighborhood from a rendering, and nothing replaces standing on the land where your home will be.
Kendall kicked off the morning, and Lilah walked everyone through what's coming to the community. Then Bailey Hester, a Legacy South homeowner, shared what buying with us was really like for him. There's something about hearing it from someone who's been through it. After that, everyone laced up their boots, and our new home counselors led small groups out to walk the homesites.
Walton Station is an East Nashville community for people who love city life and want a home that stands apart on the block. The exteriors are dark and the community will have a pool, a gym, and a dog park. On Saturday it already felt like the start of a real neighborhood, with future neighbors meeting each other for the first time.
If you're considering Walton Station, now is a great time. Phase A offers great pricing, and because the homes are still being built, you can add upgrades and personalize along the way. If you'd rather move sooner, our quick move-in Eason homes will be ready by Christmas. Missed Saturday? Reach out, and we'd love to walk you through it ourselves.
