Come hang out
this Saturday.
We're throwing open the doors from 4 to 6. There's a chef cooking, spritz on ice, and a few new design options to play with. Pop in for ten minutes or stay the whole time — totally up to you.
What's the deal
Here's what you walk into
A spritz in hand
Cold, bubbly, and waiting for you. Something else if spritz isn't your thing.
A chef cooking
A private chef making real food right there. Come hungry, no plans to make dinner after.
New design options
Fresh finishes, colors, and upgrades to mix and match. Fun to look at, zero pressure to pick.
Never heard of us? No worries
A quick intro to Highland Gardens
It's a small, gated neighborhood in East Nashville — about a half-mile from Five Points. Legacy South builds the homes here, and 35 families already live in them. Quiet streets, a shared courtyard in the middle, and everything walkable. Saturday's an easy way to just wander in and see it for yourself.

The new stuff
New design options to check out
A handful of features people keep asking about — now built right in. Come see them in person Saturday. Look, ask questions, picture it in your own place. No commitment to pick anything.
The wet bar
Built-in shelves, nice lighting, and a real spot to make drinks — basically where everyone ends up anyway.
The butler's pantry
Floor-to-ceiling storage and a prep zone tucked behind a door, so the mess stays out of sight when people are over.
New elevation schemes
Fresh exterior looks — new rooflines, materials, and color combos — so no two homes on the street feel the same.
Petite fenced yards
Small, fenced yards that are easy to keep up — room for a dog, a grill, or morning coffee, minus the weekend of mowing.
When
Saturday, June 27
4:00 – 6:00 PM. Drop by anytime in that window.
Who
You — and whoever
Partner, kids, a neighbor, a friend who likes free food. All welcome.
Something a little special
More than an open house — a limited release.
Saturday is the first look at the new design options, and only a handful of homes will be built with them. So yes, it's a bit of a moment — but an easy, low-key one. Walk the model, grab a drink, ask whatever you want. Come as you are.
