How it opened

We opened the Gallery doors at 10 a.m. on September 12 and people were already waiting. Over the next three hours, the whole collection was revealed at once.

How we build
Most builders hand you a finished house. We hand you a set of choices.
A lot of new construction is the same house over and over, with the finishes already picked and nothing left to decide. That is faster for the builder. It is not better for you.
We do it the other way. If a home is early enough in construction, you choose the plan, the homesite, and the finishes that go in it. The result is a house that fits how you actually live, decided before anything is framed.
Why buy someone else's choices and renovate them?
A renovation means living in a jobsite, a budget that moves, and a contractor you found on the internet. Building new means the same decisions happen up front, on a schedule, with a fixed price and a warranty behind them.

Plain answers, no fine print.
Do I have to be ready to buy to come look?
No. Plenty of people walk the models a year before they are ready. Come look.
Are these homes finished or still to be built?
Both. Some are ready to move into now. Others are early enough in construction that you can still make selections.
Can I see all six communities in one visit?
You can see all of them represented at the Model Home Gallery, which is the point of it. If you want to stand on a specific homesite, we will take you there.
Can I walk Walton Station?
Not yet. It is still under construction. Ask us for the site plan, the two plans offered there, and the release schedule.
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
No. It helps to know what you can afford, and we can point you to a lender who will walk you through it. Nothing is required to tour.
Can I bring my agent, my kids, a friend?
All three. Agents are welcome and their commission is protected.
What is the Front Door program?
It is our access program for first-time buyers. If your household income is under $95,000 and you have not owned a primary residence in the last 36 months, a $1,000 deposit gets you in and Legacy South pays 100% of your closing costs. It runs year round.
