Do I have to be ready to buy?
No. This may be your first time visiting Legacy South or even shopping for homes. This is a casual environment to just explore.
What are the savings, exactly?
$10,000 in Flex Cash. Use it your way — buy down your rate, cover closing costs, or put it toward design upgrades. Everyone who attends on September 12th receives this incentive. The incentive is good towards any Legacy South home contracted by Oct 31st.
Is it really one day only?
The event is. You have to be there on September 12 to unlock the $10,000 — that part can't be done later. But you don't have to decide that day: it's good on any Legacy South home contracted by Oct 31st.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
No. You do not need to be pre-approved to attend, but it's always helpful to understand what you can afford. The event is a great place to meet and ask questions of the third-party mortgage lenders that will be on site.
Can I bring my agent, my kids, a friend?
All three. Agents are welcome and their commission is protected. It's a Saturday morning at a model home — kids are fine.
Are these homes finished or still to be built?
Both. We have homes ready to move into within the next 30 days. Others are early enough in construction that you can personalize them to your liking.
If I find a home I love, when is it available to purchase?
Starting at 3pm on Sept 12th, we begin accepting offers. If you aren't ready to buy, no problem — we welcome you to schedule a return appointment the following week, where you can get a private tour and walk the homesites.
How long should I plan to stay?
Most people stay for about an hour, but it's totally up to you.
