Plain answers, no fine print.
Do I have to be ready to buy?
No. This may be your first time visiting Legacy South or even shopping for homes. Our preferred lenders will be there to answer any of your questions.
What are the savings, exactly?
We announce the number on August 29, two weeks before the event. RSVP and it lands in your inbox first. It applies to homes contracted on September 12.
Is it really one day only?
Yes. The savings are tied to September 12 and to people who are there. Homes stay for sale afterward — this pricing does not.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
Not to attend. If you want to contract that day, a lender letter helps. Our team can start that conversation at the event — no obligation.
Can I bring my agent, my kids, a friend?
All three. Agents are welcome and their commission is protected. It's a Saturday morning at a model home — kids are fine.
Are these homes finished or still to be built?
Both. Some are move-in ready in 30 to 60 days. Others are early enough that you still pick finishes. We'll show you which is which.
How long should I plan to stay?
An hour should cover it. Stay longer if you want to walk more than one plan. Doors are open 10am to 1pm — drop in anytime.
What if I can't make September 12?
RSVP anyway. You'll still get the collection, the plans, and the pricing — and we'll set up a private walkthrough the following week.
