So this Thursday we are doing a short version on Zoom, just for the people who could not be there. Thirty minutes or so, at 12:00 or 6:30. Your pick.

Do I have to be ready to buy?
No. This may be your first time looking at Legacy South, or your first time looking at houses at all. Come listen.
What is the flex cash, exactly?
$5,000. Use it your way. Buy down your rate, cover closing costs, or put it toward design upgrades. Everyone who attends either Thursday session receives it, good on any Legacy South home contracted by Oct 31st.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Cameras stay off unless you want yours on. You can listen from your car or keep it in a background tab.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. We leave time at the end, and you can type questions in the chat the whole way through. No question is too small.
Is the 12:00 different from the 6:30?
Same content both times. Pick whichever fits your day.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
No. It helps to know what you can afford, and we will cover how to find that out. But nothing is required to attend.
Will I be able to see Walton Station?
Yes. Renderings, the site plan, and both plans. The community is still under construction and not open to walk, so Thursday is the closest look available right now.
What if neither time works?
Register for the time closest to you anyway and we will send the recording. Then reply to your confirmation email and we will sort out your flex cash.
